We have searched and found some of the most incredible outdoor picnic spots and have signature setups to create the perfect setting for your romantic time together on the island.

Together we can talk about picnic options that you’ll love and feel comfortable with including budgets, dates, locations and any additional help you may need.

Live music or playlist? Sunrise, sunset or under the stars? Private beach or backyard? Bonfire … err no .. but plenty of candles and lighting – we know how to set the scene perfectly!

Option 1 - Intimate picnic set up

$675 + GST

Imagine the look on your partners face when you rock up to the most beautiful picnic, especially designed for you both. Settle in for a romantic picnic, guaranteed with a gorgeous Waiheke view. How magical!! Option 1 includes the following:

Option 2 - Kayak picnic

$755 + GST

Arrive at the beach to an inconspicuous kayak date so that your partner is none the wiser. Cruise through some of New Zealand's most beautifully clear waters and enjoy the sights along the way. Make your way to another beach where Indigo Waiheke will have set up an intimate picnic for you. You can't go wrong with a Waiheke date on the water.

Please note: we require that you and your partner are strong swimmers and have had some experience with kayaks before. There is a kayak hire form that needs to be signed before we can rent you a kayak.

Option 3 - Scooter picnic

$795 + GST

Whisk your date away on a whirlwind ride around the island on your very own vintage scooter. Take in the breathtaking Waiheke views, stop off wherever you like before you head to your fully set picnic. Let Indigo Waiheke take the headache out of planning and setting up. Our scooter picnic package includes the following:
