From a beginner’s standpoint, you can think of frisbee golf as a game created by combining traditional ball golf and the throwing of specialized frisbees. Just remove the golf clubs and golf balls, and replace them with a bag full of plastic discs. What you’re left with is the game of frisbee golf! Fun for all ages!
